We are seeking experienced VR General Practitioners to join a well-established, dynamic team in a highly sought-after Brisbane location. The practice is known for its collaborative environment, outstanding facilities, and a loyal patient base, offering a rewarding and supportive workplace.
About the Practice:

• Location : Inner-city Brisbane, in a beautiful, well-maintained Queenslander building
• Accreditation : AGPAL accredited, maintaining the highest standards of patient care
• Facilities : 16 consult rooms, a 3-bed treatment room, and a separate immunisation room
• Support : 6 experienced nurses rostered for a minimum of 2 weekdays to assist GPs and their patients, along with a Dietitian on-site
• Technology : Best Practice for clinical software and MD Pracsoft for admin, with secure remote access and strong IT support
• Pathology & Imaging : SNP and QML pathology within walking distance, and multiple imaging clinics just minutes away

What's On Offer:

• Flexible Hours : Monday to Thursday 7:30am-6pm, Friday 7:30am-5pm, and Saturday mornings 8:30am-12pm. Rooms are available each day.
• Patient Base : Large, established patient base with new patients allocated to newer GPs to help build their practice quickly.
• Work-Life Balance : We prioritise a supportive and collaborative environment that values your work-life balance.
• Competitive Fees : GPs set their own patient fees, with the average currently ranging from $100-$110 for standard consults and $190-$220 for long consults .
• Earnings Guarantee : A minimum earnings guarantee for the first three months is available to support your transition.

What We’re Looking For:

• VR GP – Experienced and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
• New VR GP Graduates are encouraged to apply! Locums are also welcome, particularly during busy periods or times of high demand.
• Special Interests : While all GPs are welcome, those with an interest in skin cancer, women's health, or chronic disease management will be well-suited to the patient demographic.
