The Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, driving process improvements and providing strategic financial insights. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a diverse team consisting of both accounting & operational staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Providing commercial insights to operational leaders to drive business performance.
- Managing process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high performing finance team.
About You:
You will be a strong leader, with a history of managing high performing teams. You’ll be able to balance strategic oversight with hands on operational financial management and will enjoy working with stakeholders in different departments to improve overall financial performance.
You will have:
- A CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience managing a large team, ideally including non-finance members.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Demonstrable experience in proactively improving and automating processes.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
