Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with various needs, including daily living activities
- Assist with mobility, medication management, and meal preparation
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and their families
- Follow care plans and document activities and progress accurately
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Valid Australian Drivers License
- Own reliable transport
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS modules completed
- Valid Police Check
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Infection Control Certificate
