We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Sales team as an Account Manager at Alexandria! In this role, you'll work to support the operations of the team by maintaining relationships with our existing clients, build strong relationships with new ones and manage specifications with our builders and customers.
In This Role, You Will
- Support the Business and teams in reaching the assigned budget and target goals
- Maintain current relationships and build new connections with our clients
- Coordinate internal processes and services (procurement, order support etc.) to fulfil customer requirements and project deadlines
- Help resolve any on-site concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Develop a strong understanding of customer’s core objectives and challenges, in order to properly match the company’s products and services with their needs
- Undertake urgent deliveries if required to support client needs (heavy lifting may be required) and organise sample tiles as required
- Be self-motivated and solutions orientated
- Use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to work our diverse clients
- Be results-oriented, with an excellent ability to utilise our resources to achieve sales targets
- Display high energy and passion for solving real-world customer needs
- Be able to work autonomously
- Have strong organisation, planning, negotiating and influencing skills
- Experience in the residential or commercial building market is highly regarded
