Leading Australian Services company requires a Senior Change Manage for a 9 month + contract to work on an enterprise-wide systems migration project.As a Senior Change Manager, you will work on this initiative spanning across applications, services and devices, ensuring a seamless transition across the business units.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end change strategy for the migration.
- Have access to initial artefacts but will be responsible for refining, tailoring, and executing the change approach across all business units.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for systems migration.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to drive adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resistance, and impact across diverse teams.
- Create and deliver tailored communications and training to ensure a smooth transition.
- Leverage insights from the pilot project to refine the approach for broader rollout.
- Proven experience in large-scale systems migration/change initiatives.
- Strong background in complex, multi-entity organisations
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, training, and communications
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with diverse teams
- Familiarity with enterprise IT ecosystems, apps, and services
