Description:
The RoleWe seek a cropping farm hand with a strong commitment to sustainability and relevant farming experience to join our client's recently acquired broadacre property, approximately 45 kilometres south of Trangie, New South Wales.
The prospective employer manages a diverse portfolio of agricultural properties, producing a variety of crops, including cereals, oilseed, and pulse crops, as well as sheep and olives. They employ sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices while also focusing on carbon sequestration. This includes using a Case Patriot 4430 to apply herbicides and nutritional initiatives. Responsibilities will also encompass tillage, slashing, property maintenance, and other general farm duties. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, conducting general maintenance and repair tasks for the machinery fleet, which predominantly features modern Case and New Holland equipment, in collaboration with two other full-time staff members on the property.
The Offer
You will be comfortably accommodated in a family-friendly home that is conveniently located near school bus routes. Additionally, a vehicle will be provided for work purposes, along with electricity and a competitive salary.

You will be warmly welcomed into this friendly agricultural region, where you can explore various small towns, each offering a range of artisan experiences and food vendors.
