About the role
- Showcase your financial skills within the NFP sector
- Innovative Social Housing NFP - Inner City/Hybrid
- $150k plus super & attractive NFP packaging
- Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations.
- Managing high-volume financial transactions whilst maintaining compliance.
- Managing the AR, AP, Fleet, and Payroll functions.
- Providing leadership and support to a small team.
- Ensuring timely processing of payments, payroll, and fleet management costs while managing cash flow.
- Navigating complex regulatory, taxation, and compliance obligations.
- Process improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a financial transactions and operations team.
- Experience managing high volume and complex transactions, including management of processing government and other funding sources, including acquittals.
- Strong payroll processing knowledge, Enterprise Agreement and tax compliance
- Strong Leadership skills.
