Description:
Full-time, permanent position with a leading civil contractor in WA. Work on major road and water infrastructure projects.Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience supervising in civil construction in Australia.
- Strong background in drainage, bulk earthworks & road construction.
- Strong understanding of site operations, safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to lead site teams effectively, manage subcontractor performance and maintain quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) practices and environmental controls, with the ability to implement these effectively on-site.
- Good IT skills.
- Oversee daily site activities, executing construction plans as directed by the Site Manager to meet safety, quality, and timeline targets.
- Coordinate and adjust project tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow.
- Track and report on work progress, ensuring project requirements and milestones are achieved.
- Supervise the performance of on-site labor and subcontractors, upholding high standards in safety and workmanship.
What's on offer:
- Salary up to $165,000 (based on experience)
- Allowances: Car and phone allowance
