Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of financial systems and processes for newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and chart of accounts unification.
- Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and present high-quality financial and management reports.
- Provide technical accounting and commercial financial support to senior finance leaders.
- Manage external relationships with advisors related to business combinations, acquisition accounting, and completion accounts.
- Proven experience in M&A, including acquisition accounting and financial integration.
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong technical expertise, including up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and ASX reporting obligations.
- Experience in preparing Group Financial Statements and delivering external audits.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
- Experience working with large ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
