Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of financial systems and processes for newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and chart of accounts unification.
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and financial reporting standards.
• Prepare and present high-quality financial and management reports.
• Provide technical accounting and commercial financial support to senior finance leaders.
• Manage external relationships with advisors related to business combinations, acquisition accounting, and completion accounts.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in M&A, including acquisition accounting and financial integration.
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong technical expertise, including up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and ASX reporting obligations.
• Experience in preparing Group Financial Statements and delivering external audits.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience working with large ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
