  • Competitive Salary: Depending on experience offering salary from $80,000 - $125,000 + superannuation + $1500 PD

Your Role:
  • Conduct individual assessments and provide evidence-based interventions tailored to the child’s needs.
  • Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Select and manage your caseload based on your areas of interest within paediatrics.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in the clinic, at schools, or via telehealth based on your preference.
  • Run engaging group therapy programs during school terms and holidays, including school readiness groups, social skills groups, and literacy groups.
  • Participate in structured supervision, mentoring, and professional development sessions.
What You Need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA membership and CPSP eligibility.
  • Working With Children Check, Police Check, and a current Driver’s License.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A passion for working with children and a flexible, proactive attitude.
