- Mixed ages (paediatric dominant) caseload in a clinic and community role
- $2000 Professional development support, fortnightly in services, fortnightly group supervision, optional 1:1 weekly supervision

- Optional weekly or fortnightly supervision with a Senior SP with 5+ years in the industry
- Fortnightly in house training (MDT & SP)
- Fortnightly group supervision
- Bonus structure - $80 per additional hour when you exceed your billable target
- Option to work a 9 day fortnight or condensed working week
- Control your own calendar
You will divide your working week between the clinic based in Robina and clients homes/ schools within 30mins from your home location. You will be supporting clients with;
- Developmental delays or speech and language disorders
- Speech or language impairments caused by stroke, traumatic brain injury, or degenerative diseases such as dementia
- Difficulty with reading, writing, or literacy skills
- Difficulty with social communication, such as understanding nonverbal cues or initiating conversations
- Alternative or augmentative ways to communicate (such as a low or high technology device)

With 4 experienced SP's and 15 experienced OT's, this team likes to get together for quarterly social events such as; trips to an inflatable water park, dinners and drinks out, boat party Christmas events and murder mystery nights.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
