Join our team as a Wholesale Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Agents and broader wholesale team. Key Responsibilities
* Answer direct customer enquiries via phone and email
* Key customer indent and stock orders
* Send out cancellation letters to customers.
* Process returns from wholesale customers and agents
* Run back-order reports for agents and customers to assist with delivery enquiries
* Assist with the sales agent's enquiries and administration of reports as required
* Send images and product details to agents and customers
* Communicate to DC regarding despatch of goods
About you
* Strong communication skills
* Great attention to detail and highly organised
* Demonstrated time management and organisation skills
* Customer focused
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
