Talent Focus has partnered with a well-established early learning centre to recruit a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT). About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator who is passionate about fostering children's learning and well-being within a high-quality Kindergarten program.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Support and mentor children within the Kindergarten program.
• Assist with daily routines, including rest periods and mealtimes.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and flexibility in daily tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Knowledge of the Kindergarten Guidelines and child protection regulations.
• Ability to engage children through meaningful activities that support their development.
• Awareness of health, hygiene, and nutrition requirements for young children.
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, and staff.
• Commitment to maintaining safe work practices.

What You Need:

• Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or currently working towards (minimum 50% completed).
• Previous experience in an Early Childhood or Childcare setting.
• Valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card exemption.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday during core Kindergarten program hours.
