ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Manager with 8+ years of hands-on experience in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Walls for large-scale projects in Melbourne.ABOUT YOU:
- Strong background in piling with expertise in various foundation techniques.
- Proven experience in modern piling methods and ground engineering.
- Proficient in handling engineering documentation and site reports.
- Effective team player with the ability to lead and drive projects forward.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Verify that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee the installation of temporary works and ensure on-site safety compliance.
- Develop short-term programs as needed for project execution.
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments as required.
- Track and document variations and additional works for monthly valuations.
- Maintain a detailed site diary with accurate records of project activities.
- Ensure all project records and reports are organized and securely filed.
- 8+ years of postgraduate experience in civil engineering.
- Relevant civil engineering qualification.
- Previous experience in the Australian or New Zealand construction industry.
- Strong background in self-performing piling and ground engineering.
- Solid understanding and proven expertise in civil engineering principles.
- Competitive salary package aligned with the technical demands of the role.
- Base salary: $120k - $140k + Superannuation.
- Car allowance included.
