This venue hosts, a public bar, a private cellar dining room and an upstairs cocktail bar and balcony! What more could you ask for!
The Role:
Due to an internal restructure, we are currently looking for a dedicated Bar Manager who has a passion for hospitality and is an excellent multi-tasker, able to manage competing demands while remaining positive and leading by example.
This is a permanent full-time position , commencing as soon as possible!
Key Responsibilities:

• Understand costing and manage stock levels for the bar and oversee ordering.
• Have a passion for cocktail making.
• Knowledge of booking strategies, ensuring bar systems and processes are up to date.
• Identifying training gaps and procedures and proactively seeking process improvements.
• Educate and train staff in the beverage offering, ensuring quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with other teams (floor, kitchen & functions) to deliver unique events and functions when required.
• Leading team engagement and ensuring consistent KPI's are reached across the team.
• MOD standard responsibilities.

About You:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or similar
• Excellent product knowledge across beer, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
• Knowledge of Impos – not essential
• Understanding that the role will require a range of different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Availability for shift work during the hours of 11AM - 11PM Tuesday through to Sunday and 11AM - 1.30AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Keen interest in developing team through success.
• Experience in training and/or upskilling staff.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
