Description:
The Payroll Advisor will be responsible for managing payroll across two sites, Dandenong and Wulkuraka. This includes timesheet processing, ensuring payroll accuracy, and addressing payroll queries. Proficiency in using the payroll software Kronos (UKG) is required.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to manage and process high-volume payroll for employees on a fortnightly pay cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly payroll for a large workforce.
- In-depth understanding of Awards and EAs
- Resolve payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Adhere to deadlines set by external payroll vendors.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to maintain smooth business operations.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with time and attendance systems (UKG) is highly desirable.
Profile
- Must have the relevant qualifications and experience in payroll management.
- Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume payroll.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
- Must be available to work onsite for three days a week and occasionally work longer hours when necessary.
Job Offer
Location: South Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension.
Pay Rate: $47.44/hr + Super ( 11.5%) (Weekly pay run)
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
This position offers flexibility, with the option to work 3 days onsite and occasional extended hours.
