About the RoleAs an IT Systems Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing, enhancing, and supporting Kinetic’s day-of-operations systems, including ticketing platforms, scheduling systems, and workforce management tools. Collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless system functionality, align operational processes, and drive service excellence.
What You’ll Do- Oversee and maintain ticketing, scheduling, and workforce management systems.
- Provide technical support to resolve system issues swiftly.
- Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance system performance and implement new features.
- Deliver training and create documentation for end-users.
- Analyse system data and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification.
- Proven experience with operational systems such as ticketing and scheduling platforms.
- Strong skills in process mapping and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
