Cairnmillar Institute is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Senior Lecturer to join our clinic team. This role involves supervising postgraduate psychology students, delivering lectures, and supporting clinicians at our Community Clinic and TraumaConnect app. You’ll play a key role in fostering professional development, engaging with stakeholders, and enhancing our clinical and academic programs.

Established over 60 years ago, The Cairnmillar Institute is a not-for-profit organisation solely focused on advancing better mental health through education, research and treatment in the field of psychology, counselling and psychotherapy.
Cairnmillar is now one of the largest trainers of postgraduate psychologists and counsellors in Australia. In addition to our educational programs, we offer a range of clinical services across our four clinic sites (North Melbourne, Hawthorn East, Dandenong and CBD) as well as remote services.

About You:
✅ Master’s level qualification or higher in Psychology
✅ Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
✅ Board Approved Supervisor status
✅ Experience supervising postgraduate psychology students
✅ Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Desirable: Teaching experience, Clinical Psychology endorsement, and experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent clients.
