What you will bring to the position:
We are looking for people who are adaptable, highly detail-oriented and motivated! Our ideal candidate will bring:
- At least 3+ years experience as a professional accountant
- Professional qualifications, either CA or CPA, or be undertaking this study
- Exposure and experience in Australian Tax Accounting
- Demonstrated experience researching complex matters
- Excellence in cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience with Xero and Xero Practice Manager is highly desirable
- Ability to embrace Sinclair Wilson’s community leadership and engage with the region and community in which you live and work
About our Tax Division:
Our highly regarded Tax Division is seeking to further strengthen the team with experienced Tax professionals, to assist in providing holistic and integrated advice to clients across the group.
Working in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team, the position requires a high level of professional service and understanding towards a diverse client base. To be successful in this position you will have exposure and experience in the completion of financial documentation including:
- Preparation of financial reports and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies
- Preparation of income tax, activity statements (BAS) and FBT returns
- Coordination and communication with clients
- Assisting with business consulting and tax advisory engagements
- Supporting and assisting staff and colleagues
