So, who can be a Panel Beater at SMART?
- You’ll be qualified in Collision repairs or have relevant automotive repair experience.
- Attention to detail is paramount.
- We work collaboratively, so the ability to have open communication with your peers in relation to repairs and timeframes is crucial.
- With our roles being full-time and permanent, you must have full Australian work rights.
- From time to time, we’ll ask you to assist in other areas relating to your skills, such as Assembly of vehicles on completion of repairs and mentoring our Apprentices.
- Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your work mates and your customers.
