Your Role:

As a hands-on team player with a “can-do” attitude, you’ll take the reins on managing all aspects of logistics and manufacturing prioritisation to ensure timely despatch of product to our fans. You’re highly organised and detail-oriented, overseeing the end-to-end management of the finished product life-cycle including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain management. You have excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and have a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage and optimise inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
  • Analyse logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Manage logistics budgets and expenses
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage repairs and maintenance scheduling
  • Coordinate manufacturing lists, manufacturing schedule and priortisation
  • Manage order fulfilment reporting and reconciliation

What You Bring:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
