As a P&C Business Partner , you will play a key role in delivering people strategies that foster leadership development, psychological safety, diversity & inclusion, and cultural engagement. Working closely with leaders across the business, you’ll provide expert HR advice, coaching, and strategic support to drive positive workplace outcomes.
Your ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively will help shape a high-performing and engaged workforce.
As a P&C Business Partner , you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Support a team of P&C Advisors to coach and guide leaders on performance management matters, grievances & disputes, investigations and complex case management matters
- Lead and Support key HR initiatives , including leadership development, talent mapping and identification, engagement and attrition mitigation plans
- Driving DE&I strategies , ensuring meaningful progress in in diverse hiring and inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Senior Leaders, aligning people strategies and plans with overall business needs and contract deliverables.
- Facilitate workforce planning such as organisational change initiatives, organisational design & restructures, workforce stratification and talent management

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in an HR advisory or business partnering role.
- Strong employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) expertise.
- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders on complex HR matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – clear, concise, and people-focused.
- A balanced people-over-process approach, ensuring both business needs and employee wellbeing are met.
- Resilience, flexibility and he ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile work environment
- Tertiary qualification in HR or Business (desired).
