ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced SEO professional to join the Cotton On Digital team and ensure best practice is well understood and implemented across our global websites. By leading the SEO strategy and program, you will partner with our Brand Digital teams and external agency to provide reporting and analysis of SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions, to ensure that success measures are on track. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide content recommendations that drive SEO campaigns and partner with our internal Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team to maximize organic traffic.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with our agency partner to identify ongoing optimization opportunities for website content and technical improvements, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and website indexing, working with internal teams to implement necessary changes. Managing the ongoing relationship with our agency partner will also be a key responsibility, alongside identifying and testing new SEO growth opportunities that align with our broader growth plans and commercial objectives. Finally, you will oversee Google Store Listings and ensure there is a sustainable process in place to manage changes across our brands.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Qualifications in Marketing or Digital Marketing, with experience in a similar SEO Specialist role
• Proven experience in delivering digital projects within a global retailer
• Understanding of the basic technology underpinning platforms
• Ability to deliver end-to-end digital user experience, UX design experience highly regarded
• Skilled in web analytics and site reporting
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and teams to deliver digital solutions
• Exceptional relationship building skills for both internal and external relationships
• Experience in planning, organising, managing and scheduling projects to adhere to timelines
• Ability to lead and coach a team is highly regarded
