About the opportunity
As our Finance Coordinator, you’ll manage and drive client applications seamlessly from submission to settlement, ensuring a standout experience every step of the way. You’ll collaborate closely with brokers, solicitors, lenders, and referral partners, communicating proactively and effectively to keep everyone informed and on track.
Our brokers have an endless source of fully qualified leads and will greatly benefit from your expert support to handle high-volume, complex loan processing tasks.
Based in our Cremorne office (only a 2-minute walk from Richmond Station), you’ll also have the option to work from home while continuing to collaborate with leading finance and property experts across our business – enabling you to expand your knowledge and career.
With integrity and care, you’ll make a meaningful impact by:
- Managing loan applications efficiently, proactively addressing potential hurdles.
- Providing clear and timely updates to brokers, referral partners, and clients.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy across all lending processes.
- Coordinating effectively with brokers to structure loans correctly.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years experience in mortgage broking or finance processing.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume, complex loan structures.
- Familiarity with investment and construction loan processes.
- Proficiency with tools such as ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker, and CRM systems.
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (highly regarded)
We would also love you to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re empathetic and understanding of clients’ unique motivators and emotions.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A desire to make this place your home – we’d love you to stay with us for the long term!
- Active property investors will be highly regarded, but it’s not essential.
