About the Role
As a Finance & Insurance Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced F&I team to assist customers in securing finance and insurance solutions for their vehicle purchases. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is eager to develop their skills in finance, lending, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in understanding finance and insurance options.
- Support the F&I team in processing applications and documentation.
- Liaise with financial institutions and insurance providers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally, a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with a desire to succeed.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
- Previous experience in sales, finance, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
