About the role
Reventon Residential is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Management Team Leader to oversee a portfolio of 160 properties across Greater Melbourne. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team while managing a diverse and well-maintained portfolio. You will have the support of a Leasing Consultant and 2 Property Management Assistant’s.

To be successful in this role you need to possess:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Property Management role. Experience in leadership preferred however not required
• Agent Representatives Certificate (VIC)
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable vehicle
• National Police Check
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent time management skills and prioritisation of workload
• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and support the Property Management team to drive high performance
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing professional development
• Assist team members in resolving escalated issues with landlords and tenants
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 160 properties across Greater Melbourne
• Conduct routine inspections, condition reports, and final bond inspections, with the assistance of a Leasing Consultant
• Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and vacate processes
• Ensure compliance with all Victorian rental laws and regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers
• Implement and refine internal processes to improve efficiency
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to report on team performance and portfolio status.
• Keep up to date with industry changes and legislation updates
• Support the onboarding of new clients from Reventon and referral partners, ensuring a seamless transition into the portfolio and a high level of service from the outset
