Description ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity available for a proactive Labourer to support various road maintenance and drainage activities across the Melton Shire. This long-term contract aims to create a sustainable, vibrant, and safe environment for the community. Your contributions will be vital in managing roadside assets and ensuring well-maintained infrastructure.
About you
- A can-do attitude and strong 'team player' with the proven ability to work efficiently with a team
- Current Car Licence (MR /HR Licence preferred)
- Current General Construction Induction card
- Traffic Control ticket (preferred)
- CPR & First Aid ticket (preferred)
- Previous experience in road maintenance, minor concrete works, Drainage works and general labouring is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to promoting a Zero Harm culture
- Must be able to successfully undertake a WWC Check
