About the Role:
As Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of Sheraton Luxury’s brand presence, developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and solidify our market position.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on an established yet evolving brand, taking responsibility for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote your portfolio and drive sales.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop & execute a strategic brand roadmap to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Be our brand custodian—owning our brand identity and ensuring our brand positioning is consistent and present across all consumer touchpoints.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align branding with business goals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and influencer partnerships.
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support retail partners and drive in-store and online sales.
To achieve success in this role:
You will love brands and storytelling! We are looking for someone that loves to roll their sleeves up, with a strong understand of social media, ecommerce and digital marketing principles.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- 4+ years of hands on brand marketing experience (FMCG or homewares preferred).
- Analytical mindset with experience turning data into strategic insights.
- Proven success in brand management with a focus on execution.
- Ability to communicate and story tell across various platforms.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong cross functional collaboration.
- Good financial acumen with experience in managing brand budgets.
