About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be a dynamic and proactive nursing professional with a strong track record in clinical leadership.
Key selection criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Competent with Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) Standards
- Minimum of 4 years relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse as applicable to clinical area.
- Demonstrated experience in nursing management
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a leader and support others within a team environment
- Ability to problem solve and confront issues within appropriate timeframes
- Advanced Life Support and Triage
- Experience in shift coordination, delegation and supervision of others
- Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
