About the role

Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract.

We're looking for a Team Coordinator to be the backbone of our Corporate Affairs team! In this dynamic role, you'll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings and events, handle procurement and supplier admin, and keep things running smoothly. You'll also liaise with senior stakeholders and support expense reconciliations—making a real impact across the business. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support the Corporate Affairs leadership team to coordinate meetings, book travel and process expenses.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events as requested including logistics, setting agenda, and taking actions as

  • Support teams in management of their suppliers including through raising requisitions, coordinating agreements and processing invoices all in accordance with internal procedures,

  • Support teams to ensure timely reconciliation of expenses including corporate credit card expenses in accordance with relevant policies

  • Maintain group calendars, registers, databases and hubs

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

  • Similar experience in an Administrative Support role

  • Proactive approach in supporting leaders with diary management, meeting preparation, managing correspondence, emails and telephone calls

  • Exposure to working in a matrix corporate environment is advantageous

  • Effective communicator with the ability to build collaborative and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities on any given day

  • Exceptional written, numerical and verbal skills to effectively communicate with the project team, contractors and customers
