Your next opportunity:
Our Boral Asphalt team now have a great opportunity available for a Maintenance Planner to join our team. This role can be based from either our Deer Park or Williamstown sites.
Your day will involve:
- Generate work orders, allocate resources, and manage maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with operations to develop maintenance plans supporting production requirements
- Monitor and resolve conflicts in maintenance schedules and report performance variances
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage sub-contractor and vehicle maintenance
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records, including tare weights and contractor insurances
What are we looking for?
- Experience in logistics compliance, construction, or heavy machinery maintenance
- Knowledge of transport compliance, PBS routes, and tare weights
- Strong MS Office skills and SAP, Maximo or Oracle experience (desirable)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities
