About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of EPMO, the Agile Practice Manager is responsible for driving the implementation of Agile ways of working across the organisation.
This role will facilitate strategic quarterly and Program Increment (PI) planning, manage Agile frameworks, oversee the Scrum practice, provide Agile coaching, and work to embed an Agile mindset throughout the organisation.
The Agile Transformation Lead will play a critical role in establishing and continuously improving Agile methodologies to enhance business agility and drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Ways of Working: Agile transformation succeeds through tailored frameworks, leadership support, and sustainable adoption. Fostering continuous improvement, adaptability, and a culture of collaboration and transparency strengthens Agile principles and enhances value delivery.
- Quarterly & PI Planning: Organize and lead quarterly and Program Increment (PI) planning to align business priorities and team objectives. Facilitate cross-team coordination, addressing dependencies, risks, and impediments. Work with senior leadership to ensure Agile planning supports strategic business goals.
- Methodologies & and Frameworks: Design and document a standardized Agile methodology tailored to the organization. Implement and refine Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban to ensure consistency and scalability. Establish governance structures, metrics, and reporting to track Agile maturity and transformation progress.
- Scrum Practice: Mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, oversee communities of practice, and ensure effective backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Agile Coaching and Training :Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Agile values and practices. Deliver training on Agile methodologies and leadership, and mentor Agile champions to build internal capability .
About you
You are an experienced Agile coach with a passion for guiding leaders, teams, and stakeholders in adopting Agile values, principles, and practices.
You deliver impactful training workshops on Agile methodologies and frameworks, empowering teams to embrace Agile effectively. As a mentor, you cultivate internal Agile champions, building long-term capability within the organization.
Your approach is collaborative, focusing on nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Strong leadership skills and coaching
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and business units
- Knowledge of business improvement principles or methodologies to enable and drive a continuous improvement culture
