Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. -
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies. -
Source high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals, candidate referrals, and linkedin recruiter -
Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates, assessing both skills and cultural fit. -
Maintain and enhance the employer brand through professional representation and positive candidate engagement. -
Provide accurate and timely recruitment metrics and reporting to internal stakeholders. - Improve processes and procedures to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
Requirements:

Proven experience as an internal recruiter, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. -
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. -
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. -
Adept at utilising a range of recruitment methods and tools, including LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other digital platforms. -
Passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience and enhancing employer branding.
Conditions:
