Position Summary:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department including but not limited to financial management, administration, guest experience, strategy & compliance
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports for the department
- Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the AC Hotel Core values
- Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality through innovative and creative techniques
Skills & Experience:
- You will have at least 2 years of food and beverage management experience, ideally in a hotel environment
- Experience in leading a diverse team, from managing performance, to running training sessions, and roster management
- Must hold full working rights in Australia, as sponsorship is not available for this position
- Available to work varied shifts as per business demand, from early mornings to late evenings, on weekends & public holidays
