The Position
In the role of EA/ Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities will include:
- Full range of Accounts Payable and receivable function, including accurate processing of invoices
- Data entry and stationary orders when needed
- Stay on top of day-to-day personal admin, from managing diaries and schedules to coordinating correspondence and personal tasks
- Process invoices/claims
- Investigating and resolving any internal and external queries
- You will display excellent communications skills and will feel comfortable in speaking with various internal and external stakeholders
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of EA/ Accounts Assistant will have:
- Ideally, previous experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles
- You will prioritise confidentiality and exercise direction in all situations
- Proficient in using accounting software like Xero
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Natural ability to build strong, professional relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and anticipates needs before they arise
- Proven experience supporting senior management or high-net-worth individuals, preferably in a family office or similar high-pressure role
- A proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
