The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to take our iconic brand to new heights. As a key player in our Operations team, you’ll be a driving force behind sales growth, operational excellence, and franchise success. Your mission? To build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring a customer-centric, profitable, and safety-focused culture across our network.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop a team of Business Consultants to deliver operational excellence in partnership with franchisees.
• Build Franchise Success: Foster strong relationships with Franchise Partners to ensure alignment and business growth.
• Drive Performance: Implement strategies that boost sales, enhance customer experience, and ensure profitability.
• Champion the Brand: Ensure full compliance with marketing initiatives and promotional strategies.
• Shape the Future: Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute strategic plans that enhance the Oporto experience.

About You
We’re looking for a results-driven leader with:
✔ Proven expertise in driving operational excellence and business growth.
✔ A strong commercial background in retail, hospitality, or sales with a customer-first mindset.
✔ Experience managing a multi-site network (80+ locations), ideally in a franchise setting.
✔ A passion for leadership, with a growth mindset and a knack for developing talent.
✔ The ability to influence organisational culture and inspire transformation.
