TLE Blacktown is in search of a dedicated Sales Representative ready to propel business expansion, connect with clients, and explore new market opportunities. This role offers flexibility, with most working hours spent in the field meeting clients. The successful candidate will attend a weekly office check-in and work a total of 38 hours per week.Your new role:
- Expand the Customer Base : Proactively identify, target, and connect with new customers, driving growth and maximising opportunities within our existing accounts.
- Cultivate Lasting Relationships : Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure regular monthly purchases.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Strategically drive sales to meet and surpass monthly objectives, promoting steady revenue growth.
- Effective Collaboration : Work closely with the internal sales team, other BDMs, and suppliers to leverage growth opportunities.
- Market Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify business development prospects.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven Sales Background : Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably within a wholesale environment or related industries, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Industry Expertise : Familiarity with the electrical, tools, or hardware sectors is advantageous, along with the ability to rapidly acquire product and market knowledge.
- Relationship-Driven Approach : Proficiency in cold calling and long-term relationship building to fuel growth through superior customer service.
- Autonomous & Motivated : Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow a customer base while adapting to a field-based role.
- Travel Capability : Willingness to travel locally for client engagements, requiring a valid driver’s license.
- Eligibility : Australian or New Zealand citizenship or residency is required; no temporary visas or sponsorship will be considered.
