Description:

ABOUT YOU
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency .
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in estimating and project engineering within the civil construction industry.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.
  • Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
  • Manage and track project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
  • Contribute to value engineering.
