JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Chef de Partie for an iconic, renovated venue in the Inner West of Sydney.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section during busy services, ensuring the highest standards in food quality and presentation. This role offers the chance to learn from the best, with a brand-new kitchen setup and state-of-the-art equipment, as well as the potential for career progression within the company.
About the role:
- Run your own section in a busy service of 150-300 covers, ensuring a smooth, efficient kitchen operation.
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards, working closely with the team to uphold the venue's reputation.
- Follow direction, take feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
- Work alongside a talented and supportive team to deliver exceptional service in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organised section at all times, and ensure you working in an efficient manner.
About you:
- Previous experience in hatted/Michelin or fine dining restaurants essential.
- A genuine desire to learn and excel at the highest standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A great team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Able to follow direction and take feedback constructively.
- Candidates must be living in Australia with full working rights (sponsorship not currently available, but this may change in the future).
