CPA is currently recruiting for Support Workers across ALL of our services in the Newcastle & Hunter region, including Accommodation, Lifestyles, and casual workforces.

We are open to applications from both experienced Support Workers and those new to the industry.
Our services are located across the Greater Newcastle and Hunter Region, between the Stockton, Wallsend, and Lake Macquarie areas!
Both casual and permanent part-time roles are available!
Your duties will include:
- Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling.
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in the community.
- Building positive relationships with our clients.
- Transporting clients in your own car
- Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your can-do attitude is key!
- Someone who embodies CPA values, is client-focused in their approach to care, and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
- Availability on a minimum of 3 weekdays + 1 weekend day .
- Available to work a variety of shift times, including early mornings (6am-9am), day shifts (9am-4pm), and evenings. (Awake overnight shifts are also available)
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
- Comfortable travelling to all locations listed above.
