The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Revesby branch. This full-time national role offers a unique opportunity to manage and grow sales pipelines, develop strategies, and build relationships in the Consumer Power sector. You’ll report to the National Sales Manager – Consumer Power and collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage sales opportunities within the Consumer Sector.
  • Develop strategies and activities to support both new & existing customer relationships.
  • Research and identify sales pipelines and support campaigns across the mass retail and dealer channel markets.
  • Forecast monthly and annual sales for assigned and new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects that matches the company’s strategies.
  • Stay across industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce CRM system.
  • Presents sales and marketing programs that cultivate opportunities and secures orders


What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Proven experience in developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in power generation or small engines.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage pricing and margins.

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients and industry events.
