What You’ll Be Doing

  • Closing Deals: You’ll be turning warm leads into loyal clients—no cold calling or hunting for prospects, leave that to us.

  • Building Relationships: You’ll guide clients towards smart investments in a booming market.

  • Maximising Your Earnings: We provide the leads, so you can focus on doing what you do best, closing deals and making money.

  • Being the Expert: Help clients understand why strata-titled storage is a game-changer for their portfolios.

  • Representing the Brand: Be the face of Silo Storage at events and meetings, expanding our network and solidifying our presence.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in real estate sales.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and people skills.

  • A solid understanding of the commercial property market and trends.

  • A strong network you can tap into.

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-moving team.

  • A drive to overachieve and keep learning.

  • Competency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A professional presence.

  • A valid Real Estate Agent Licence (or the ability to get one).

  • A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
