WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Assist all walk in customers and phone calls with queries on shipments
- Provide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customers
- Helping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries
- Assisting and providing back up for Exception Handling when required
- We have two positions available as per the below shift times/days:
- 1x permanent full-time \: Monday to Friday, 6\:00am - 2\:00pm
- 1x secondment full-time \: Monday to Friday, 11\:00am - 7\:00pm
WHAT CAN YOU BRING?
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook etc
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Experience adhering to WHS procedures
- Physical fitness
