About the role

The Operations Services Manager is responsible for the hands-on management and execution of product specific operations within the Priority network, along with strategic business unit services with a focus on driving operational efficiency and supporting future growth.

This includes execution of daily operational activities, detailed assessments and analyses of operational performance, procedures, revenue, and service models, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. This role directly impacts the day-to-day operational effectiveness and profitability of the business.

What you’ll bring

  • Understanding of compliance & regulatory requirements in Aviation Industry

  • Experience transport logistics operations

  • Ability to take a holistic business approach and work collectively across all facets of a business

  • Strong project governance skills and methodology, exposure and understanding or project accounting methods and principles

  • Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation

  • Demonstrated influencing, stakeholder management and change management skills

  • Strong analytical skills and the drive to use business information

  • Ability to use financial information to drive a business narrative

  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
