About the role:
- Managing and assisting in complex litigation cases across various industries.
- Advising clients on commercial disputes, risk management, and litigation strategy.
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal submissions.
- Representing clients in court, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile litigation matters.
The ideal candidate:
- Admitted to practice in Australia with 2-10 years of PQE in commercial litigation – Associate or Senior Associate.
- Strong experience in corporate disputes, insolvency, class actions, and regulatory matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- A proactive and client-focused approach with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
