We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketing professional to bring fresh ideas, killer content, and a passionate and positive energy to our team.

Your expertise will encapsulate a range of areas at The Onset, including our social media campaigns, marketing strategy, community engagement and internal brand. There’s no normal day in this role. This role would be great for someone with a couple of years commercial experience under their belt or has something to show from various projects that really highlights your marketing edge.

What You’ll Be Doing
Writing and designing content—think social media posts, videos, articles, EDMs, and newsletters.
Owning our online presence—crafting engaging posts that build our brand and being on top of digital marketing tactics.
Tracking and reporting on marketing performance (so we can keep leveling up).
Helping plan and run community and internal events in our meetup space and beyond.
Working with the operations team to support the smooth running of the office and team initiatives—because a great brand experience starts from within.
