Crunch Fitness is currently looking for a Membership Experience Officer to join their team on a Casual/Part-Time basis. This position offers approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled between Tuesday and Friday.

The Role You Could Play:
- Crunch Product Guru: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Crunch products to serve as an expert advisor to both Members and Team.
- Service Superhero: Going above and beyond to assist member to provide a Crunch level of exceptional service.
- System Whisperer: Possess admin-level knowledge of internal systems to troubleshoot.
- People Connector: Relationship building with Crunch members aimed at streamlining services while maximizing upsell and retention possibilities.
- Retention Champion: Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to develop and implement effective retention strategies that align with Crunch values and goals.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience within a call center/customer care environment
- Upsell/Cross Selling experience
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office365 Suite
- Familiarity with CRM and software systems
- Experience with Live Chat, Ticketing and PBX systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent understanding of call center procedures
- Availability to 20 hours /week. Multiple shifts across Tuesday – Friday 11am – 7pm
