Your Mission:
As the Senior Relationship Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners and corporate groups ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your role involves developing strategic partnerships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance success. You will also work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring proactive engagement and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with our top tier customer
- Identify opportunities to increase platform engagement with our key accounts
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Drive customer advocacy and referrals through excellent service and relationship-building.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to prevent churn.
- Develop and implement tailored success plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Work closely with customer support and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to influence product and service improvements.
- Initial contact and review of partner eligibility for PartnerMe Program
- Coordination of events relating to Partner engagement
- Participate in Partner engagement activities and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise and corporate groups
- Assist with coordinating engagement and training initiatives
- Leverage industry relationships to drive utilisation and retention
- Improved engagement (regular meetings, touchpoints)
- Increased utilisation and revenue per portfolio
- Structured feedback to drive business improvement
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, and/or sales, preferably in SaaS, real estate, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse customer data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Proof of fostering customer engagement strategies and managing partner programs
