About the role


You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families. As a Hotel Services Employee, your responsibilities will include:



  • Food preparation for cooking and service
  • Serving meals and ensuring a friendly, interactive experience for our residents
  • Assisting with cooking and tidying for the Chefs and Cooks during service
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
  • Vacuuming, mopping and general tidying
  • Cleaning bathroom facilities
  • Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
  • Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.

To be successful, you will have:



  • Ideally your background will be in cleaning or hospitality within aged care
  • Willingness to take direction from others
  • Reliability and shift flexibility
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete a Police Check
  • Current Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
