Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function. Full time Monday to Friday role, located in Bankstown.

Role requirements and responsibilities:
- Based @ Bankstown Terrace Care Community
- Experience in Sales/Administration roles desired
- Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
- Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
- Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
- Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
- Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
- Reception and other administration duties where required
